1) Residence Care Subscription (Monthly)
Ongoing supervision while you're away - with clear reporting and fast coordination if anything goes wrong.
All plans include:
- •Scheduled home check-ups (based on your tier)
- •Ventilation of rooms
- •Visual inspection for leaks, mold, pests, or damage
- •Checking appliances, water, electricity
- •Mail collection (if applicable)
- •Emergency coordination (plumber, electrician, building management)
- •Short condition report after each visit (photos + notes)
Note: Owner pays vendor invoices, parts, and repairs. We coordinate and manage everything with approval.
